Steven started his recruiting career at a boutique staffing agency while he was still an undergraduate at the University at Buffalo. After graduating from UB, Steven moved home and joined Russell Tobin. 

Steven spent the first three years of his career working as a full-desk agency recruiter, helping technology companies secure crucial sales hires across the individual contributor, director, and vice president levels.  He then went on to join People.ai, an a16z-backed revenue intelligence startup.

As an internal recruiter, Steven completed multiple account executive buildouts and hired first and second-line sales leaders, sales engineers, marketers, and others. Most recently Steven was supporting GTM hiring at Primary Venture Partners, assisting their portfolio companies with recruiting and HR support.  Originally from Long Island, Steven brings a unique blend of recruitment experience having spent his career between agency, internal, as well as the investment side.

In his personal time, you can find Steven golfing, playing tennis, patiently waiting for the next Marvel movie to come out, or continuing his eternal search for the best buffalo wings in NYC.
