Michaila Stevens
Michaila started her career in NYC as a sales professional for a hyper-growth software construction company. She quickly moved up to team lead and then ran her own team of 12 sales reps. Through this role, she experienced recruiting for her team which encouraged her to move directly into the industry. Her experience in both working within software and as a manager gives her a unique lens into how go-to-market teams work and how to read between the lines of both clients and candidates.
Growing up in upstate New York on her family’s dairy farm, it’s no coincidence that she joined the Husk Talent team. Michaila brings over 3 years of recruiting experience for VC-backed software companies across a variety of industries & roles. Outside of work, Michaila enjoys cooking, dancing, traveling, and hikes with her fox red Labrador retriever, Whiskey.
